How frequently does the tram run? What are the times?
Every day from 10 am – 5 pm. Trams are continuous and crowd size determines the wait times.
Can dogs go on the tram? (If they sit on laps? Well-behaved? Emotional support dogs?)
ONLY Service Animals are allowed on the trams.
Is there an accessible tram with a wheelchair ramp?
Yes, BSP has an accessible tram.
Is there space for walkers or strollers on trams?
The ADA tram has space. The other trams require the walker or stroller to be folded or collapsed. Space on those will vary by the number of riders.
Will there be a bus stop at BSP?
Yes, Citrus Connection has a bus stop in the Hollis Family Welcome Center parking lot.
Are pets allowed in the buildings?
Only service animals as recognized by the ADA are allowed. Emotional support animals or other pets are not allowed in the buildings.
Is there anywhere my pet cannot go in the Park?
Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings, playgrounds, Kiwanis Cares for Kids Treehouse, or the Crenshaw Canopy Walkway.
Can I ride my bike on the circulator?
Yes, low speed bike riding is allowed on the circulator.
Are there distance indicators/markers along the circulator?

How can guests donate to the Park?
Guests can donate while visiting the Park by using the DipJar. The DipJar can be found in the Welcome Center. Guests can also go to our website and click the “Donate” button on the homepage.
Does BSP accept mobile pay?
Yes, BSP accepts all forms of mobile payment.
Can you round up your purchase price to the nearest dollar to donate to the Park?
Yes, guests can round up to the nearest dollar to donate back to BSP while buying items at the Park.
Does BSP accept cash?
No, BSP is cash free. Guests can use their own personal credit or debit card, mobile pay, or transfer cash onto a reverse ATM card.
Does the reverse ATM card have a service fee?
No, the reverse ATM card will produce a card with the exact amount of money a guest puts into the machine.
Is the reverse ATM card refillable?
No, the card is not refillable.
Does the reverse ATM card expire?
No, the reverse ATM card doesn’t expire.
Can the reverse ATM card be used outside of the Park?
Yes, the reverse ATM card acts as a Visa card and can be used outside of the Park.
Are hammocks, tents, or slack lines allowed at the Park?
No, these items are not permitted at the Park.
Where are the designated smoking areas at the Park?
There are designated smoking areas located in BSP’s parking lots.
Will the Park have wheelchairs for rent?

Are there pet water fountains at the Park?
Yes, all of the green water fountains along the Circulator have a pet bowl attachment!
What are the Park's current hours of operation?
6am to dusk, attractions open between 8am-11am. Click here for official hours!
What are the hours of operation at the cafe, depot, and rooftop bar?
Cafe: 8AM – 6PM Daily
Depot: 10AM – 4PM Sunday – Friday / 10AM – 5PM Saturday
Rooftop Bar: 12 – 7PM Daily
Are skateboards/bicycles/e-bikes allowed in the Park?
Personal devices with wheels are only allowed on the Lakeland Regional Health Circulator and must follow posted speed limits. These devices are not allowed on smaller paths, boardwalks, or indoors. This policy does not apply to mobility scooters. Mobility scooters are allowed Park-wide.
Are all Park restrooms open during Park hours?
Interior Restrooms throughout the Park will only be open when a staff member is present in the building to ensure the safety of our guests. Outdoor restrooms will be accessible during open gate hours for runners/bikers. Please see the park map for restroom locations.
Are there AED machines at the Park?
Yes, there are six AED machines located around the Park. AED machines can be found at the Welcome Center kitchen office, Depot kitchen office, Greenhouse office, Nature Center office, and the Maintenance Building office.
Does BSP have on-site first aid?
No, BSP does not have onsite first aid. In the event of a medical emergency call 911 and then alert a staff member you have done so.
Can guests fish in the Lagoon?
No, fishing is not permitted at the Park.
Does BSP have a lost and found?
Yes, BSP has a lost and found. Guests can inquire about lost items at the BSP Gift Shop located in the Welcome Center.
Are guests allowed to walk on the grass?
Yes, guests can walk on the grass at the Park.
What can I bring to the Park?
Picnic blankets, low backed lawn chairs, umbrellas (except during concerts), and personal coolers (without alcohol).
What is your photo policy?
Photographers are often at work in the park. Photography and video and audio recording frequently occur without notice to our visitors. Your entry into the park will constitute your consent to the recording, use, release, and publication of any such photographs and video and audio recordings.
